Non-Section 8 Housing Assistance
United Way of Haywood County, and Mountain Projects are seeking donations to assist with rental deposits and first-month rent (and more if necessary). Requests can be made by Brooke Smith, email@example.com or Patsy Davis, firstname.lastname@example.org.

FEMA Individual Assistance is available to renters, including students, as well as homeowners. Federal grants can help pay for temporary housing. The initial rental grant is for a 1-month or 2-month period and can be reviewed for further assistance. The registration deadline is Nov. 8, 2021. Learn More
